"Thad and Scotty did a very professional job for me, and they were friendly and polite. They had a very fast response time, and came to rebuild my toilet on the afternoon of the day I called. While here, Thad did a check of all my other plumbing items and saved me a future maintenance call by replacing my washing machine hoses, and adding a safety feature to my waterheater which had never been installed. Scotty even found a knob on their truck to replace the water valve for the toilet which was terribly worn. And they tightened a wobbley toilet seat! Those two things were very thoughtful and nice. I absolutely recommend Pro Plumbing!" |

"I must say that this was the best experience I have had with a service company provider. I was amazed that minutes after talking with Fred from Service Magic I was contacted by Pro Plumbing Services, LLC. I stated my problem to them and they were here within hours. They arrived when promised which amazed me. The service tech was clean, courteous and friendly. Completed job in a timely manner, cleaned up the work area and offered to do a free whole house plumbing inspection. I had another minor problem fixed for very reasonable fee. I would definitely recommend this company. You will not regret it." |

"They tracked down a very hard to find part for my shower assembly and actually saved me about $200! I had been given an estimate by a different plumber that sounded too expensive. They told me the price after looking at the shower and although it took 2 days to get the part, he called and installed it immediately--Highly recommended!!" |

"Five minutes after I posted my request on the website, they called me! The next day they came to my house, gave me a good estimate, and repaired the problems. They also checked the other plumbing in the house at no charge, and installed a more convenient cut-off valve (not something I'd originally asked for). They worked in a team of two and had most of the parts ready to hand on their truck. Although the first item seemed expensive, they explained that that first one "paid for the trip," and encouraged me to get as much done on one trip as possible. The other charges were reasonable or low, and overall I was very pleased with the value." |
