Professional HVAC Maintenance Visit Mar 23, 2026

I scheduled routine maintenance with Pro Plumbing to service my HVAC unit, and Michael was the technician assigned to the job. He communicated with me in advance to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time, and conducted himself in a professional manner throughout the visit. He clearly explained everything he was doing and was transparent about the cost, as well as potential issues to monitor in the future due to the age of the unit. I would definitely do business with them again.

I had a plumber serviceman come check out my plumbing just to see if anything is wrong with it. Anyway, he gave me a price on replacement of some old PVC. Man, prices sound so much higher when you aren’t working. But I’ll do without until I have to get it fixed. I was happy with my plumber; he was very nice and professional. Thank you Pro Plumbing for everything. I appreciate all you do. And had to have a serviceman come after hours because I had no heat. He stayed till he got my heat going and explained everything to me. He was wonderful too. Thank you for your time and for getting me heat. A great serviceman who came to see me today and explain to me why my air system is leaking water on the floor and getting it wet. He was so nice. I will have to get it replaced, which I’m not happy about, but I know I need a new system. He explained to me what was going on and what needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable and very kind. This company has been taking care of my heating and air service for many years. Sawyer did a great job. Thank you. I had a kind young man come see me and fix my heat. He was very kind and knowledgeable, and very thorough. Thank you, Michael, you can come back any time. You were wonderful. I’m always thankful for my heat when it’s cold. You’re a blessing.

Pro Plumbing Has Tried Hard to Take Care of Us Feb 20, 2026

Updated 2/20/26. We had our annual electrical and plumbing maintenance appointments today. Austin was with the electrical. He did a great job checking outlets, etc., making sure we were working good. Tyler and Justin came out for the plumbing side. They helped us narrow down an issue we are experiencing and gave us options on how to fix and estimates. Great guys! Pro Plumbing has always been polite, respectful, and nice to work with on many problems we have had over the years. Updated 5/14/25 - we have since had to replace 1 HVAC unit for the house in January 2025. And then today we had to replace capacitors on the other unit. I hate the expense we have had to fork out, but Pro Plumbing has tried hard to take care of us. And we have continued to use them and will in the future. We contacted Pro Plumbing when 2 outlets in 1 of our bedrooms stopped working. We received same-day service, and our tech was very professional and checked out our problem. He found a loose wire and corrected our problem. We have used the company many times in the past and will continue to use any time we have an issue.
