We had a clogged main drain line. The professionals at Pro Plumbing Air and Electric did a great job in diagnosing the problem. But more importantly, because the issue had seemingly corrected itself, we were only charged the $49 trip fee. They also told us that if the problem resurfaced in the next 30 days, that they would come back and we would not be charged the fee again. They were extremely professional and very courteous. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing, air, or electric issue we have in the home!
